This is a custom designed and manufactured item, made in the USA! It is a mount for a motorcycle (Harley Davidson only) that is a quick release. You have the ability to use with a slim tour pack and move the mount forward or backwards depending on how many riders on the bike. This allows you to use the tour pack as a backrest when you are riding solo.
This will not currently fit a "fat back seat"!!RETURN & REFUND POLICY
